90 day warranty on service work - same problem only
For out-of-warranty service, there is a $125.00 bench diagnostic fee which applies to the cost of the
repair, plus a $20.00 shipping & handling fee for equipment to be shipped from our office. An
additional $20.00 fee will be charged for local courier service to our office.
Complete cleaning of a projector will range from $125 to $250 depending on the size and condition of
the equipment. Estimates will also include the price of parts and any additional labor beyond the
first hour. You will be informed of the entire cost of a repair by the contact method of your choice,
no work will be done until you have approved the estimate. Credit Card information or a PO number
is required before out-of-warranty equipment is shipped to CCS. A decision on your repair must be
received within 15 days of the estimate date, or your equipment will become the property of CCS.
Warranty work is paid for by the manufacturer. If you did not purchase the equipment from CCS you will
need to provide proof of purchase for warranty validation prior to any work being performed or any
parts being ordered. While CCS can perform warranty work on your equipment, the provisions of the
manufacturer's warranty are set by the manufacturer, and CCS is not responsible for settling disputes
between the manufacturer and the end user. CCS will not perform any chargeable work without your
prior approval.
Cleaning of the internal optical assemblies, including LCD's, polarizers, mirrors etc. while being
essential in extending the useful life of your equipment, is not covered by any manufacturer's
warranty. Physical damage to the housing or lens of your equipment is also not covered by the warranty.
